DEBTS EXIT
Privacy
Updated: 12 October 2026
Listings and introductions
Your enquiry, contact details, review notes and offers remain private. Only the asset description, photos and checks you approve for publication are public. Debt details and private documents are not published. Contact details may be shared for an introduction only after each party agrees. Enquiry erasure also removes its seller listing and photos or related buyer offer records; original submissions and other authorised copies must also be handled.
Buyer accounts and payment preparation
Invited buyer accounts store a name, verified email, language, asset preferences, budget, general locations and separate contact/marketing permissions in private, ID-scoped records. Membership orders, confirmed payments, cancellation events, receipts and refund requests are private billing records. Paid checkout is not enabled yet. When enabled, card information will be entered on the approved provider’s hosted page, not stored by Debts Exit. Authorized staff may review your preferences to coordinate agreed follow-up; personal information is not published. Contact us below to request access, correction or erasure, subject to required billing record retention.
Who and what this notice covers
This notice describes the Debts Exit asset enquiry service in Egypt. You can use the request form below to contact the Debts Exit team about your data.
What we collect and why
We collect the name, email, optional phone, asset category, specifications, pricing or budget, preferences, timeframe and message you submit so we can review your enquiry and contact you. If you separately opt in, we may email occasional project updates. Marketing consent is optional and can be withdrawn.
Who can access your information
Enquiries are visible to authorized staff, not public visitors. Netlify provides hosting, forms, sign-in and storage; Cloudflare provides traffic routing and security. These providers may process information outside Egypt. We do not publish an asset or share your contact details with a prospective buyer, seller or partner without first arranging appropriate permission.
Retention and requests
We review inactive enquiries after 90 days and remove information no longer needed, subject to applicable requirements. Ask below to access, correct or delete your enquiry, or withdraw marketing consent. We may need to confirm you control the email address. Removing a CRM record also requires removing its original form submission and any retained exports.
Cookies and tracking
This service uses essential staff and buyer sign-in cookies. The enquiry form records campaign tags from the page URL to help us understand where enquiries came from. It does not require advertising pixels or an advertising subscription.
Keep sensitive details out
This service is for adults. Do not submit IDs, deeds, payment card details, bank information or someone else’s data without authority.
