DEBTS EXIT
Terms
Updated: 12 October 2026
Prepared buyer membership
Browsing and enquiries remain free. Sellers pay no platform subscription or commission. The planned Debts Exit Private buyer membership is EGP 99/month, with matching and coordinated follow-up and a 0.9% completed-transaction buyer commission for active members, compared with the standard 1%. Exclusive opportunities or additional asset discounts apply only where the seller actually agrees them. Payment collection is not enabled. Before activation, the operator, billing cycle, renewal consent, cancellation/refund policy, service availability and success-fee base and trigger must be provided in a separate agreement. Submitting an enquiry or signing in does not enrol you or create a payment obligation.
Purpose of the service
Registration is an expression of interest in an asset enquiry service. It does not create a brokerage mandate, a purchase or sale agreement, a membership, or an obligation to pay.
Scope and limitations
The team may publish seller-approved asset descriptions after recording the required checks. Public badges describe the checks recorded and their scope; they are not a guarantee of title or condition. We do not provide legal or investment advice, hold deposits or offer escrow. It does not guarantee a match, price, return or completion date. Any later introduction, review or paid service requires separately agreed scope and terms and appropriate operating arrangements.
Your information
Provide information you are entitled to share. Tell us whether you own the asset or its sale rights or are authorized to represent its owner. Information submitted remains self-reported until relevant checks are actually performed.
Fees
Registering interest is free. No card details are collected and no recurring charge is enabled. Any future membership or success fee must identify the service, amount, payment trigger and cancellation terms before you agree.
